For the purposes of the GDPR and the ZZPL, the data controller is:

2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to send you the resources you ask for and to understand how our site is used.
Information you give us:
- Your name and email address, when you sign up to download a resource or join our list.
Information collected automatically:
- Basic analytics data via cookies and similar technologies, such as the pages you visit, your approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government IDs.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
Under the GDPR and ZZPL we must have a lawful basis for each use of your data. Ours are:
- Sending you the free resource you requested and related follow-ups — basis: consent, and performance of our service to you.
- Sending occasional emails about new resources or updates — basis: consent (you can withdraw it any time).
- Measuring and improving how the site performs (analytics) — basis: consent for analytics cookies, set via our cookie banner.
- Keeping our records, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations — basis: our legitimate interests, and legal compliance.
Where we rely on consent, you are free to withdraw it at any time without affecting anything we did beforehand.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and do not need consent. Analytics cookies, set by [Google Analytics / Plausible / your analytics tool], help us see which resources are useful and where visitors come from. These are only set after you accept them through our cookie banner.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time through your browser settings.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our list, and only so they can do that job for us. These act as our processors under appropriate agreements:
- Webflow — website hosting and the forms you submit.
- Mailchimp and other email tools — store your email and sends our messages.
- Google Analytics — site analytics.
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights, but only to the extent necessary.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR and ZZPL, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your name and email for as long as you stay subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we remove you from active mailing and delete or anonymise your details within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep some records for legal reasons. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of Webflow and Google Analytics
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and ZZPL you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email us at contact@launchdeck.space. In Serbia, the supervisory authority is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik). If you are in the EU, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
9. Advertising and retargeting
We do not currently run advertising or retargeting pixels. If and when we do, we will use tools such as Meta Pixel / Google Ads / LinkedIn Insight Tag to show relevant ads and measure their performance. These set cookies and share limited data with the relevant ad platform. We will update this policy and our cookie banner before any such tools go live.
10. Children
Our site and resources are intended for professional, adult audiences and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
