Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of launchdeck.space (the "Site") and any free resources, downloads, or content we provide through it ("Resources"), operated by Launch Deck DOO ("Launch Deck", "we", "us"). By using the Site or downloading a Resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for business and professional use by people aged 16 or over. By using it you confirm you meet that requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.

We offer certain Resources free of charge, including databases, templates, and reference collections. We provide these to help founders and teams, but:
- The Resources are provided for your own use only. You may use, adapt, and reference them for your business.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the Resources, in whole or in part, or present them as your own product.
- Information in the Resources is gathered from a variety of public and external sources and is provided "as is". We make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
- You are responsible for how you use the Resources, including verifying any contact details or data before relying on or acting on them, and for complying with all applicable laws (for example, rules on marketing, outreach, and data protection).

When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms
- Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as expressly allowed
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or interfere with its operation
- Use any Resource or contact data for spam, harassment, or unlawful processing of personal data
- Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with us

We may suspend or restrict your access if you breach these Terms.

Where we provide design, branding, or other professional services, those engagements are governed by a separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work between us and the client. These Terms do not by themselves create any obligation on us to provide paid services, and in the event of a conflict, the signed engagement document takes precedence.

The Site and its content, including text, design, branding, logos, and the structure and presentation of our Resources, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Downloading a free Resource gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under Section 3. It does not transfer any ownership or other rights to you. The "Launch Deck" name and logo may not be used without our permission.

The Site and Resources may contain links to third-party websites, including investor and company sites. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Following such links is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

The Site and Resources are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Resources. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the free Resources is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability arising from paid services is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site or any Resource at any time, including if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beograd, Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
