Refund Policy

1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
This Refund Policy explains when we offer refunds for anything you get through launchdeck.space (the "Site"), operated by Launch Deck DOO ("Launch Deck", "we", "us"). It works alongside our Terms and Conditions, and the same defined terms apply. By buying or downloading from us, you agree to this policy. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

2. FREE RESOURCES
Some of our Resources, including databases, templates, and reference collections, are free. There is nothing to refund on a free Resource. How you can use them is covered by Section 3 of our Terms.
3. PAID DIGITAL PRODUCTS
A paid digital product is delivered to you straight away as a download or file. Because you get the full product the moment you buy it and it cannot be returned, sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed, except as set out in Section 4.
4. WHEN WE OFFER A REFUND
We want you to get what you paid for. We will refund a paid digital product if:
- You were charged twice or charged in error for the same product
- The file is faulty, corrupted, or you cannot download or open it, and we cannot fix it
- The product is materially not as described on the Site
Tell us within 14 days of your purchase so we can look into it. We may ask for your order details and, where it helps, a screenshot or short description of the problem. Where the issue is that you cannot access a working file, we will usually try to fix that first before issuing a refund.
We do not refund because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, expected different content that was not promised on the Site, or did not read the description before buying.
5. PAID SERVICES
Refunds, deposits, and cancellation for our design, branding, and other professional services are governed by the separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work between us and the client, not by this policy. Where there is a conflict, the signed engagement document takes precedence.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email contact@launchdeck.space with the email address used to buy, the product name, and the date of purchase, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We aim to respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, and how long they take to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. CHANGES
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy that applies to a purchase is the one in effect when you bought.
